| CANCELLATION POLICY |

| Deposits will be credited back if cancellation
is received fourteen days prior to arrival date. If cancellation after that
time, deposits will be returned if customers have not been turned away or,
if they have, the room or rooms can be rebooked. Changes to reservations
are considered as cancellations and rebooking. Under any circumstances the
deposit is non-refundable, if cancellation is made with less than 48 hours
notice. Under all circumstances a 10% processing and handling fee will be
deducted from and credit issued in order to cover credit card processing
charges and other administrative expenses. |
